This is a thick, chewy DIPA fermented with Hornindal Kveik yeast to add complexity and real depth of flavour. A punchy mix of US, NZ, and AUS hops gives intense tropical, citrus and piney aromas and flavours. The fruity, soft flavours combined with pine notes and a slight bitter finish results in this hybrid Mountain-Style DIPA.
